This is a great little radio to use at the gym while working out, would recommend for anyone who needs just a little music while busy with other things.
I was looking for a cheap portable radio for exercising (since ipods don't have AM/FM capabilities) and I found it in this item. It doesn't feel cheap but is still light enough to wear (armband) when running, walking or at the gym.
I dislike to be with a large cable headphone and very easy you can entangled the cord around the base. I found the preset function very useful. I bought it a few months ago and definitely I give it a good rating. The reception is acceptable and very easy to use. I use it in the beach and when I walk.
reading other peoples reviews and explanation in regards to the band made it easier to use. I have tried other radios for the gym and have not been happy, this is decent as far as reception and ease of use. all in all I am happy especially for the price.I would reccomend this product
I was not able to get any AM stations to come in anywhere. I tried while camping as well. Other negative points are that you have to scan through all 10 preset to find the one you want, the volume is a little loud on the lowest setting, and the arm band is a little goofy at first to figure out. I purchased this item to listen to the game on AM while at the gym. I was not able to get the local station to come in at the gym or at home. The FM side seemed to work great, but that is not what I bought it for.
